1. Service Inclusions
In addition to the transportation service, our package includes:
• Meet and greet service.
• 45 minutes of waiting time at the airport.
• 15 minutes of waiting time at hotels, addresses, ports, or train stations.
• Bottled water onboard.
• WiFi onboard (subject to availability).
• Applicable fees.
After the included waiting time, an hourly charge per started hour will apply. If you wish the chauffeur to leave once the waiting time is exceeded, please inform us in advance.
2. Billing & Minimum Charge
• All bookings are subject to a minimum charge of 2 hours or the airport transfer rate.
• Time is calculated per started hour, beginning from the Stockholm inner toll zone (tullarna) and ending when the chauffeur returns to the Stockholm inner toll zone.
3. Cancellation & Payment Policy
• 72+ hours before – Free cancellation.
• 24–72 hours before – 50% charge.
• 0–24 hours before – 100% charge.
Payment must be confirmed before the service begins. We accept bank transfers, payment links, and Revolut Pay.
4. Chauffeur & Vehicle Standards
• Our chauffeurs are professionals and will arrive at the agreed pickup point on time, in formal attire, and with a clean vehicle.
• The company monitors flights and adjusts schedules accordingly when flight numbers are provided. However, delays or schedule changes not communicated by the client may lead to extra charges.
5. Additional Charges
• Waiting time beyond the included allowance will be billed per started hour.
• Extra stops not included in the original booking will incur additional fees.
• Night surcharges or holiday surcharges may apply depending on time and date.
6. Liability & Damages
• The customer assumes full responsibility for any damages caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests during the booking. Repair or cleaning costs will be charged to the customer.
• The company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).
• Lost or forgotten items in the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Prohibited Uses
• All illegal activities (including but not limited to drugs, weapons, or contraband) are strictly prohibited. Any such activity will be reported to authorities, and an immediate penalty fee of 50,000 SEK will be charged to the booking party.
• Any filming, photography, or use of our vehicles for music videos, commercials, or promotional purposes is strictly forbidden without prior written approval. Violation of this clause will result in a penalty fee of 50,000 SEK, in addition to possible legal actions.
• The customer is responsible for the behavior of all passengers. Excessive intoxication, violence, or abusive behavior towards the chauffeur or the vehicle is not tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the service with no refund.
8. General
By booking any service with Sweden Limousine Service AB, the client (“Customer”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
• Our services are strictly intended for transportation purposes only.
• Any use of our vehicles for activities outside this scope (e.g., filming, events, advertising, promotional use, or similar) requires prior written approval from the company.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled in Swedish courts unless otherwise agreed.
